PM Mobile 1.90

To access your account settings, please log in to PackMaster Web using your internet browser. Navigate to File > PM Mobile and click on the instructions link located at the top.

The PM Mobile application provides users with the ability to view PackMaster Web data on their iPhone or iPad. Access to data within PM Mobile is determined by your UserID and Password for PackMaster Web. Depending on your permissions, you may have access to the following information:

• Scout/Parent Contact Information
• Scout Medical Information
• Rank Advancement
• Adventures
• NOVA Awards
• Special Awards
• Adult Leader Contact Information
• Adult Leader Medical Information
• Activities
• Attendance
• Group Email
• Group Texting

Additionally, users have the capability to modify advancement records that have not yet been approved and synchronize these updates with PackMaster Web, where they will be held for approval by an administrator or advancement chair.

Please note that standard data and texting rates will apply. For inquiries regarding program enhancements or to report issues, contact us directly at mobile@troopmaster.com, as reviews are not monitored for such requests.
